After unveiling what he described as an ‘audacious’ assault on the Le Mans 24 Hours with a pair of factory Aston Martin LMP1s in London on Monday, the marque’s chairman David Richards explained exclusively to autosport.com why he believes it is the right time to fight for overall victory at La Sarthe.
